Introduction      Alex Chamizo, a guest we had on our first podcast episode on The Organic Matrix, uses  Lion's Mane to improve his attention and focus. At the beginning of the podcast, I saw Alex take a Lion's-Mane extract before we started our recording. He wanted to get a little boost for the conversation to ensure he was in the right Headspace.
